胸部CT诊断弥漫性泛细支气管炎的影像学特征

Imaging Features of Chest CT in Diagnosis of Diffuse Bronchiolitis

目的总结胸部CT诊断弥漫性泛细支气管炎的影像学特征。方法选取2016年1月至2018年5月本院门诊部收治的36例弥漫性泛细支气管炎患者,回顾性分析患者的CT影像,总结诊断特点。结果弥漫泛细支气管炎的胸部CT主要表现为弥漫性细粟粒样影伴树芽征、小气道细支气管扩张和炎性斑片影。结论胸部CT诊断弥漫性泛细支气管炎时,具有较高的分辨率,可清晰显示病灶,患者主要表现为弥漫性细粟粒样影伴树芽征、小气道细支气管扩张和炎性斑片影。

Objective To summarize the imaging features of diffuse panbronchiolitis diagnosed by chest CT.Methods From January 2016 to May 2018,36 patients with diffuse panbronchiolitis were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital. The CT images of the patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the diagnostic characteristics were summarized. Results The CT of the chest with diffuse bronchiolitis was manifested in the presence of diffuse fine miliary shadow with buds,bronchiectasis and inflammatory patches.Conclusion Chest CT diagnosis of diffuse panbronchiolitis has high resolution and can clearly show the focus.The main manifestations of the patients are diffuse fine miliary shadow with tree bud sign,small airway bronchiectasis and inflammatory patchy shadow.
