压膜保持器与平导式Hawley保持器对前牙深覆合矫治后保持疗效的临床效果对比

Comparison of Effect of Laminar Retainer and Flat-Guided Hawley Retainer on Deep Occlusion of Anterior Teeth

目的对比单独使用压膜保持器或平导式Hawley保持器对前牙深覆合矫治后的保持效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月本院正畸科前牙深覆合治疗结束后患者68例,分为A组和B组,各34例。A组全天戴用透明压膜保持器(简称压膜组);B组全天戴用平导式Hawley保持器(简称传统组),两组患者均佩戴1年。在拆除矫治器当天(T1)和戴用保持器的6个月(T2),12个月(T3)分别检查咬合情况、前牙覆合深度情况并取模型,拍摄术后面相片和口内相片,通过测量前牙覆合深度来比较两种保持方式的效果差异。结果两组患者保持方式在维持上下牙弓宽度和前牙覆盖上都能起到很好的保持作用。经过一年佩戴平导式Hawley氏保持器后,前牙得到了比较好的覆合覆,初期效果更为理想。结论平导式Hawley氏保持器对于前牙深覆合的保持疗效优于压膜保持器的疗效。

Objective To compare the effect of using a laminar retainer alone or a flat-guided Hawley retainer on deep anterior teeth. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016,68 patients with anterior teeth in the orthodontic department of Xuzhou Stomatological Hospital were selected. After the end of orthodontic treatment,68 patients were divided into groups A and B,each with 34 cases each group. Group A were given a transparent film holder(referred to as a film group),while Group B were given a flat-guided Hawley holder(referred to as the(traditional group),all patients were treated for 1 year. On the day of removal of the appliance(T1)and 6 months(T2)and 12 months(T3)of wearing the holder,respectively,the occlusal condition,the depth of anterior teeth overlap were examined and the model was taken,and the post-operative and intra-oral photographs were taken. The effects of the two retention methods were compared by measuring the depth of anterior occlusion.Results Both of the two groups had a good effect on maintaining the width of the upper and lower arch and the covering of the front teeth. After a year of wearing a flat-guide Hawley retainer,the anterior teeth were better covered,the initial effect is more ideal. Conclusion The effect of flat-guided Hawley’s holder is better than that of compression film holder in the treatment of anterior deep occlusion.
