鼻内镜下吸切割器切除术与传统腺样体刮除术治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床对比

Clinical Comparison of Endoscopic Excision and Conventional Adenoid Curettage for Adenoidal Hypertrophy in Children

目的观察对比鼻内镜下吸切割器切除术与传统腺样体刮除术治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年2月至2018年2月接受治疗的腺样体肥大患儿44例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组22例。对照组患儿行传统腺样体刮除术治疗,实验组患儿行鼻内镜下吸切割器切除术治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果实验组患儿平均手术耗时、鼻腔恢复通气耗时、并发症发生率均少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对于鼻内镜下吸切割器切除术治疗儿童腺样体肥大,可有效缩短患儿手术时间、术后恢复时间,减少并发症发生率,提高手术安全性。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effects of nasal endoscopic aspirator resection and traditional adenoidectomy for adenoidal hypertrophy in children. Methods From February 2016 to February 2018,44 children with adenoidal hypertrophy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,22 cases each group. The control group was treated with traditional adenoidectomy,and the experimental group was treated with endoscopic aspiration and incision.Treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The average operation time,nasal ventilation time and complication rate of the experimental group were all less than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic nasal suction cutter resection for adenoidal hypertrophy in children can effectively shorten the operation time,postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the safety of surgery.
