腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗大肠癌的疗效分析

Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery for Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的对比腹腔镜、开腹手术治疗大肠癌的效果。方法选择本院2013年1月至2017年1月收治治疗的大肠癌患者30例,根据手术方案不同分为观察组(腹腔镜治疗)和对照组(开腹手术治疗),各15例。对比两组大肠癌手术患者围术期相关指标、术后并发症、术后应激反应指标、术后1年复发率。结果观察组术后应激反应指标以及围术期相关指标均优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后并发症低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后1年随访复发率与对照组无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论与开腹手术比较,腹腔镜手术治疗大肠癌手术损伤小、术后恢复快、术后并发症少。

Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods Thirty patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January2017 were divided into observation group(laparoscopic treatment)and control group(open operation treatment).The perioperative related indexes,postoperative complications,postoperative stress response indexes and 1-year recurrence rate were compared in two groups of colorectal cancer patients. Results The stress response indexes and perioperative related indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer has the advantages of less injury,faster postoperative recovery and less postoperative complications.
