充填式无张力和平片无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝气的治疗效果

Effect of Tension-Free Mesh Plug Hernioplasty and Tension-Free Mesh Hernioplasty on Inguinal Hernia

目的比较治疗腹股沟疝气中应用充填式无张力疝修补术与平片无张力疝修补术的疗效。方法将2016年7月至2018年7月本院手术治疗的腹股沟疝气患者共128例作为研究对象,根据手术方式分为两组,对照组应用填充式无张力疝修补手术,观察组应用平片无张力疝修补手术,比较两组患者手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间以及并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间、手术出血量以及住院时间均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论与填充式无张力疝修补手术比较,平片无张力疝修补手术治疗腹股沟疝气效果更好,手术时间短,出血量更低,患者更快恢复,并发症出现率更低,具有更高的安全性。

Objective To compare the effect of tension-free hernioplasty with tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 128 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the operation mode. The control group was treated with filled tension free herniorrhaphy,and the observation group were treated with tension free herniorrhaphy. The operation time,bleeding volume,hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time,blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with filling tension-free hernia repair,plain tension-free hernia repair has better effect on inguinal hernia,which could shorter operation time,lower bleeding volume,faster recovery of patients,with lower incidence of complications and higher safety.
