微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的效果

Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Locking Compression Plate Internal Fixation on Limb Fractures

目的观察微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的效果。方法选取2016年11月至2018年2月南京医科大学附属逸夫医院收治的82例四肢骨折患者,按就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行切开复位内固定术,观察组行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术。对比两组患者手术、住院及骨折愈合时间,并发症发生率,以及治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05),术中出血量显著少于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(4.88%vs. 17.07%,P <0.05)。观察组治疗优良率92.68%,对照组优良率为78.04%,观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论四肢骨折临床治疗中,微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术效果显著,并发症少,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation on extremities fractures. Methods A total of 82 patients with limb fracture admitted to yifu hospital affiliated to nanjing medical university from November 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation. The time of operation,hospitalization and fracture healing,the incidence of complications and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.01). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.88% vs. 17.07%,P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.68%,while that of the control group was 78.04%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation is effective and safe in the treatment of limb fractures.
