子宫横向捆绑术和子宫B-Lynch缝合术治疗产后出血的效果比较

Comparison of Effect of Transverse Uterine Bundling and Uterine B-Lynch Suture in Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的对比子宫横向捆绑术和子宫B-Lynch缝合术在产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取苏州市吴中区长桥人民医院收治的剖宫产产后出血的患者42例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,研究组(20例)采用横向捆绑术治疗,对照组(22)例予以子宫B-Lynch缝合术治疗。观察对比两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,手术时间与出血量均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论子宫横向捆绑术治疗产后出血,疗效优于子宫B-Lynch缝合术安全性更高。

Objective To compare the effect of transverse uterine bundling and uterine B-Lynch suture in postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Changqiao people’s hospital of wuzhong district 42 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were selected as study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and study group.Among them,20 patients in the study group received transverse binding therapy,and 22 patients in the control group received b-lynch suture.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the operation time and the amount of bleeding were better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transverse uterine ligation is better than B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
