加味肝胃百合汤治疗慢性胃炎胃脘痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Modified Ganwei Baihe Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Patients with Stomachache

目的观察加味肝胃百合汤治疗慢性胃炎胃脘痛的临床效果。方法根据盲选法从2016年7月至2017年7月本院收治的慢性胃炎胃脘痛患者中选取60例为研究对象,根据治疗的方法以及平均分组的原则,将患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组使用常规的西药治疗,观察组使用加味肝胃百合汤进行治疗,对比两组研究对象的治疗的效果以及不良反应的发生概率情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗效果(93.33%)优于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论加味肝胃百合汤治疗慢性胃炎胃脘痛具有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Ganwei Baihe Decoction in treating stomachache due to chronic gastritis. Methods Sixty cases of chronic gastritis and epigastralgia were selected as the research objects according to the method of blind selection from July 2016 to July 2017. According to the method of treatment and the principle of average grouping,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases each group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Ganwei Baihe Decoction. The effect of treatment and the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the treatment effect of the observation group(93.33%)was better than that of the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that of the control group(13.33%)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Ganwei Baihe Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on chronic gastritis and epigastralgia.
