醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗小儿性早熟的疗效

Effect of Leuprolide Acetate in Treatment of Pediatric Precocious Puberty

目的观察醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗小儿性早熟的疗效。方法抽取2014年7月至2017年7月50例小儿性早熟患儿,随机分为两组,每组25例。对照组给予醋酸甲地孕酮治疗,观察组给予醋酸甲地孕酮联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组好转率、相关性早熟指征改善时间、血清中卵泡雌激素、黄体生成素、血清雌二醇、子宫容积均优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论醋酸甲地孕酮联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗小儿性早熟的疗效确切,可有效改善激素情况,促进子宫容积的降低,且药物安全性高,无明显的不良反应。

Objective To observe the curative effect of leuprorelin acetate on precocious puberty in children.Methods A total of 50 children with precocious puberty were randomly selected from February 2015 to February2018,and randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with megestrol acetate,and the observation group was treated with megestrol acetate and leuprolide acetate. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement rate of the observation group,the improvement of the correlation early maturity indication,the serum follicle estrogen,luteinizing hormone,serum estradiol and uterus volume were all better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Megestrol acetate combined with leuprolide acetate is effective in treating children with precocious puberty. It can effectively improve the hormonal condition,promote the reduction of uterine volume,and has high drug safety and no obvious adverse reactions.
