一次性根管治疗感染根管的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Disposable Root Canal Therapy for Infected Root Canal

目的观察使用一次性根管治疗感染根管的疗效。方法选取本诊所收治的160例牙髓坏死患者,随机分为对照组实施传统的根管治疗和观察组实施一次性根管治疗,各80例。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率97.5%,显著高于对照组(86.25%,P <0.05)。结论感染根管采用一次性根管治疗有效率高于传统根管治疗。

Objective To observe the curative effect of disposable root canal therapy on infected root canal.Methods A total of 160 patients with pulp necrosis were selected from this study,and were randomly divided into the control group to receive traditional root canal therapy and the observation group to receive one-time root canal therapy,80 cases each. Compare the efficacy of treatment between the two groups. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.5%,higher than that in the control group(86.25%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effective rate of using disposable root canal therapy for infected root canal was higher than that of traditional root canal therapy.
