高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的心脏彩超检查特点

Characteristics of Color Doppler Echocardiography and Echocardiographic in Patients with Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Left Heart Failure

目的分析高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭采用心脏彩超检查的临床特点。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月本院治疗的50例高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者为本次研究对象,比较两组心脏彩超指标在左室舒张末期内径、左房内径、左室EF值及E/Ea。结果观察组和对照组患者心脏彩超指标在左室舒张末期内径、左房内径、左室EF值及E/Ea比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论高血压导致的左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者采用心脏超声检查,可作为临床判定心脏功能的常规检查手段。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure by color Doppler echocardiography. Methods Fifty cases of left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure were studied in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left atrium diameter,left ventricular EF value and E/Ea were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left atrial diameter,left ventricular EF value and E/Ea(P<0.05)in the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the patients in the observation group and the control group.Conclusion Echocardiographic diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy associated with left heart failure due to hypertension can be used as a routine examination of the cardiac function of patients.
