个体化健康教育对门诊高血压患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Individualized Health Education on Treatment Compliance of Outpatients with Hypertension

目的探讨个体化健康教育对门诊高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月本院收治的130例高血压患者为研究对象,根据患者的就诊单双号随机分为个体组和常规组,各65例。常规组患者给予常规护理,个体组患者给予个体化健康教育,对比两组患者治疗的依从性和血压情况。结果干预后个体组患者的血压情况要明显好于常规组;依从性明显高于常规组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在门诊高血压患者中实行个体化健康教育能够有效提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on treatment compliance of outpatients with hypertension. Methods A total of 130 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects. According to the medical information,the patients were randomly divided into individual group and routine group,65 cases each. Routine care was given to patients in the routine group,and individualized health education was given to patients in the individual group. Treatment compliance and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the blood pressure of the individual group was significantly better than that of the routine group. Compliance was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized education in outpatients with hypertension can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients and improve the treatment effect of patients.
