摘要 目的探究分析"慕课"教学对护理专业学生生产实习业务培训效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月在本院参与生产实习的医科大学学生200例,将其按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各100例。实验组实施"慕课"教学模式,对照组实施传统教学模式。比较分析两组学生理论知识水平、实际操作能力考核结果及得分优良率情况。结果培训后实验组学生理论知识水平及实际操作能力及得分优良率情况显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将"慕课"教学模式应与护理专业学生生产实习业务培训中具有显著效果,能够有效增强护理专业学生专业理论知识了解程度,及实际操作能力。 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of moocs teaching on production practice of professional nursing student. Methods A total of 200 medical university students who participated in production practice in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table,with 100 cases in each group. The experimental group implemented the mooc teaching mode,and the control group implemented the traditional teaching mode. The theoretical knowledge level,practical operation ability assessment results and the excellent and good rate of scores were compared between groups. Results The comparison between groups showed that the theoretical knowledge level,practical operation ability and the excellent and good rate of scores of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The mooc teaching mode should have a significant effect on the production practice training of nursing students,which can effectively enhance the understanding of professional theoretical knowledge and practical ability of nursing students.
