腹股沟疝无张力修补术后补片感染原因及预防护理研究

Study on Causes of Patch Infection after Tension-Free Repair of Inguinal Hernia and Its Preventive Nursing Care

目的分析行腹股沟疝无张力修补术后补片感染的原因,探讨预防补片感染护理措施。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月本院收治的105例腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究患者术后补片感染原因,在此基础上探讨预防补片感染护理方法。结果 105例腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者中有5例(4.76%)发生术后感染,2例材质为聚丙烯,其中包括1例70岁以上,1例合并糖尿病;3例材质为膨化聚四氟乙烯,包括1例肥胖,1例合并糖尿病,1例手术时间过长。所有患者均治愈出院。结论腹股沟疝无张力修补术后补片感染的原因主要可能与年龄、肥胖、伴糖尿病、手术时间长等有关系,需要注重对腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者围术期实施针对性预防措施,预防补片感染的发生。

Objective To analyze the causes of patch infection after tension-free repair of inguinal hernia and explore the nursing measures to prevent patch infection. Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,105 patients with inguinal hernia undergoing tension-free repair were selected and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The causes of postoperative patch infection were studied and the nursing methods for preventing patch infection were discussed. Results Among 105 cases of tension-free hernioplasty,5 cases(4.76%)had postoperative infection,2 cases were made of polypropylene,including 1 case over 70 years old and 1 case with diabetes;Three cases were made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene,including 1 case of obesity,1 case of diabetes mellitus and 1 case of long operation time. All patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion The main causes of patch infection after tension-free inguinal hernia repair may be related to age,obesity,diabetes mellitus and long operation time. It is necessary to pay attention to the prevention of patch infection during the perioperative period of tension-free inguinal hernia repair.
