碘仿在门诊拔甲术后护理中的应用效果

Effect of Iodoform on Postoperative Nursing after Nail Removal in Outpatient Department

目的观察碘仿在门诊拔甲术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年6月90例拔甲术患者,随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用常规换药护理,实验组采用碘仿换药护理。比较两组患者满意水平;疼痛消失的时间、换药平均次数、结痂厚度、结痂时间、结痂脱落时间;护理前后患者疼痛水平;不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者满意水平高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组疼痛消失的时间、换药平均次数、结痂厚度、结痂时间、结痂脱落时间优于对照组(P <0.05);护理后实验组疼痛水平优于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论碘仿换药护理在拔甲术护理中的干预结果确切,可减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of iodoform in postoperative nursing after nail removal.Methods From February 2017 to June 2018,90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine drug exchange nursing,and the experimental group was treated with iodoform drug exchange nursing. The satisfaction levels of the two groups were compared. Time of pain disappearance,average times of changing medicine,thickness of scab,time of scab,time of scab abscission.The pain level of patients before and after nursing;Incidence of adverse reactions. Results The satisfaction level of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). In the experimental group,the time of pain disappeared,the average times of changing drugs,the thickness of callus,the time of callus formation and the time of callus shedding were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).After nursing,the pain level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The intervention results of iodoform exchange nursing in the nursing of curettage are accurate,which can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the satisfaction level of patients.
