Effect of Four Handed Technique in Nosocomial Infection Control in Dental Clinic

目的观察分析四手操作技术在口腔门诊医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月在本院口腔门诊行口腔手术的患者86例,按不同护理方式分为实验组(46例)和对照组(40例)。实验组实施常规护理加以四手操作技术,对照组实施单纯常规护理干预。比较分析治疗后患者感染控制及护理满意度情况。结果实验组患者感染控制效果及护理满意度情况均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将四手操作技术应用于口腔门诊医院感染控制中效果显著,在控制感染的同时能够提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of four-handed technique on nosocomial infection control in oral clinic. Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing oral surgery from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group(46 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different nursing methods. The experimental group was given routine nursing and four-handed operation technique. The control group was given simple routine nursing intervention. The infection control and nursing satisfaction of patients after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The infection control effect and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of four-handed technique in nosocomial infection control in dental clinics has a remarkable effect. It can improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing while controlling infection.
