综合康复护理对手臂部烧伤整形植皮患者术后并发症的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in Postoperative Complications of Patients with Burn and Skin Grafts on Arm

目的观察综合康复护理对手臂部烧伤整形植皮患者术后并发症的效果。方法将2016年1月至2017年12月因手臂部烧伤来本院接受整形植皮手术的患者100例随机平均分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合康复护理。对比两组患者的护理后的手臂美观效果、手臂功能MHQ评分、VAS评分以及并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理后的手臂美观效果总有效率、手臂功能MHQ评分显著较高,VAS评分与并发症发生率显著较低,组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对行整形植皮手术的手臂部烧伤患者给予综合康复护理,不仅能够增强患者的手臂功能,改善患者的手臂美观效果,降低手臂疼痛程度,还能降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postoperative complications in patients with arm burn plastic skin grafting. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,100 patients who underwent plastic skin grafting surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The aesthetic effect of arm,MHQ score,VAS score and complication rate of the two groups after nursing were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the aesthetic effect of the arm was significantly higher in the observation group,the MTHQ score of the arm function was significantly higher,the incidence of VAS score and complications was significantly lower,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can not only enhance the arm function,improve the aesthetic effect of the arm,reduce the pain of the arm,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
