护理质量持续改进在异位妊娠护理中的应用效果

Effect of Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality in Nursing of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的观察实施护理质量持续改进对异位妊娠的干预效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月异位妊娠患者70例,以计算机随机化法分组,对照组(n=35)实施常规护理干预,实验组(n=35)实施护理质量持续改进护理。对比两组异位妊娠患者护理后的效果。结果实验组异位妊娠患者的切口疼痛消失、肛门排气、下床活动以及住院时间均短于对照组,实验组患者的干预后的生活质量较对照组优,实验组异位妊娠患者的护理总满意率(94.29%)较对照组总满意率(77.14%)高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论异位妊娠患者护理中应用护理质量持续改进模式可改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing of ectopic pregnancy. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,70 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups by computer randomization. The control group(n=35)received routine nursing intervention and the experimental group(n=35)received continuous improvement of nursing quality. To compare the effect of two groups of ectopic pregnancy patients after nursing. Results In the experimental group,incision pain disappeared,anus exhaust,bed activity and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group. The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. The total nursing satisfaction rate(94.29%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing of ectopic pregnancy can improve the quality of life.
