摘要
目的研究综合护理对复发性高侵袭性淋巴瘤化疗效果的影响。方法选取在本院接受治疗的复发性高侵袭性淋巴瘤患者50例,所有患者均接受利妥昔单抗联合化疗治疗。根据患者在治疗期间接受的护理方式将患者分为两组,常规组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受综合护理。比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P <0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论复发性高侵袭性淋巴瘤患者在接受利妥昔单抗联合化疗治疗期间,对患者实施综合护理,可以提高患者的治疗效果,减少不良反应。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on chemotherapy of recurrent high invasive lymphoma. Methods Fifty patients with recurrent highly invasive lymphoma who were treated in our hospital were selected. All patients were treated with rituximab combined with chemotherapy. Patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing mode received by patients during treatment,the patients in the routine group received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with recurrent high invasive lymphoma during the treatment with rituximab combined with chemotherapy,comprehensive nursing care can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the adverse reactions.
