腔镜经口甲状腺手术的手术配合体会

Experience in Operation of Endoscopic Thyroid Surgery

目的分析腔镜经口甲状腺手术的手术配合的体会。方法选取本院2015年1月至2018年6月收治的11例甲状腺病变患者,对患者行腔镜下经口入路甲状腺切除术治疗,分析手术配合要点。结果 11例患者腔镜下经口甲状腺切除术全部顺利完成,手术时间平均149 min,术后未放置引流管。患者术后颈部活动恢复良好,未出现皮下气肿、皮下瘀斑及皮下积液等并发症。术后住院时间平均为11.20 d。术后回访,颈部无瘢痕,口腔切口黏膜对合良好,无切口感染。结论对甲状腺病变患者行腔镜下经口入路甲状腺切除术治疗时,手术操作人员应掌握手术配合要点,确保甲状腺手术顺利实施。

Objective To analyze the experience of surgical cooperation of endoscopic thyroid surgery.Methods Eleven patients with thyroid disease admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly selected. The patients were all given endoscopic thyroidectomy and the surgical cooperation points were analyzed. Results All of the 11 patients underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy successfully. The operation time was 149 min. No drainage tube was placed after operation. The patient’s neck activity recovered well after surgery,and there were no complications such as subcutaneous emphysema,subcutaneous ecchymosis and subcutaneous fluid. The average postoperative hospital stay was 11.20 days. In postoperative follow-up,no scar on the neck,good oral incision mucosa,no incision infection were found. Conclusion When performing laparoscopic oral thyroidectomy for patients with thyroid disease,the surgical operator should master the surgical coordination points to ensure the smooth implementation of thyroid surgery.
