优质护理在CT引导钢针定位肺结节胸腔镜手术围术期的应用效果

Effect of High Quality Nursing in Perioperative Application of CT Guided Steel Needle Localization for Pulmonary Nodules Undergoing Thoracoscopic Surgery

目的观察优质护理在CT引导钢针定位肺结节胸腔镜手术围术期应用的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月在本院行CT引导钢针定位胸腔镜手术的肺结节患者40例,平均分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理。对比研究两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率、住院时间以及护理前后的焦虑评分与抑郁评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组的护理满意度显著较高,并发症发生率、住院时间、焦虑评分与抑郁评分显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对行CT引导钢针定位胸腔镜手术的肺结节患者给予优质护理可降低并发症的发生率,缩短患者住院时间,改善心理状态,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of CT guided steel needle localization for pulmonary nodule thoracoscopic surgery. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,40 patients with pulmonary nodules underwent CT-guided steel needle thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups on average. The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given high quality nursing care on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction,complication rate,hospitalization time,anxiety score and depression score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group,and the incidence of complications,hospitalization time,anxiety score and depression score were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the psychological state,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with pulmonary nodules after CT-guided needle-based thoracoscopic surgery.
