自主寻乳对初产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响

Effect of Self-seeking Milk on Success Rate of Breast-Feeding in Primipara

目的观察自主寻乳对初产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年5月在本院进行自然分娩的76例产妇,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用自主寻乳干预护理。对比两组产妇的母乳喂养成功率和产妇的护理满意度。结果观察组的母乳喂养成功率为97.37%,对照组为78.95%,观察组显著高于对照组(P> 0.05),观察组产妇的护理满意度为97.37%,对照组为76.32%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论自主寻乳对初产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响显著,可以提高产妇母乳喂养成功率,促进产妇进行有效的喂养,增加婴儿进食量,提升产妇的护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of independent breast-seeking on the success rate of breast-feeding in primipara. Methods From June 2017 to May 2018,76 cases of parturient in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 38 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group. On the basis of the control group,the observation group adopted self-nursing intervention nursing.The success rate of breast-feeding and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of breast-feeding was 97.37% in the observation group and 78.95% in the control group,which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.37%,the control group was 76.32%,the observation group was obviously higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The independent breast feeding has significant influence on the success rate of breastfeeding of the primipara,which can improve the maternal milk feeding power,promote the effective feeding of the parturient and increase the feeding of the baby.
