综合护理措施改善老年高血压患者的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Measures on Improving Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的观察综合护理措施改善老年高血压患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月11日至2018年10月11日本院收治的58例老年高血压患者,采用计算机分组模式分为两组,每组29例。观察组进综合护理措施,对照组进行常规护理,对比两组患者疾病自我管理指标及生活质量。结果观察组饮食控制率(96.55%)、定时监测血压(93.10%)、按时服药(96.55%)、疾病知晓率(96.55%)均优于对照组(P <0.05);且各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者实施综合护理措施效果显著,可提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing measures in improving elderly patients with hypertension. Methods From January 11,2018 to October 11,2018,58 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into two groups,29 patients in each group. Comprehensive nursing measures were adopted in the observation group and routine nursing was performed in the control group. The disease self-management index and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The control rate of diet(96.55%),blood pressure monitoring(93.10%),drug taking on time(96.55%)and disease awareness rate(96.55%)in the observation group were all superior to the control group(P<0.05). All the life quality scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing measures on elderly patients with hypertension is remarkable,and the quality of life can be improved.
