自体脂肪联合硅凝胶假体对隆乳术的影响

Effect of Autologous Fat and Silicone Gel Prosthesis on Augmentation Mammoplasty

目的观察自体脂肪联合硅凝胶假体对临床隆乳术的影响。方法选取本院62例隆乳术患者,分成A组和B组,每组31例。对比两组隆乳手术时间、术中出血量、隆乳效果以及并发症。结果 A组的手术时间长于B组,术中出血量与住院时间小于B组(P <0.05)。A组的治疗优良率高B组(P <0.05)。A组的并发症发生率低于B组(P <0.05)。结论为隆乳术患者行自体脂肪联合硅凝胶假体治疗,可改善其治疗指标,具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of autologous fat and silicone gel prosthesis on clinical augmentation mammoplasty. Methods Sixty-two cases of augmentation mammoplasty in our hospital were selected and divided into group A and group B. The time of augmentation surgery,intraoperative blood loss,breast augmentation and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time in group A was longer than that in group B,and the amount of bleeding and hospitalization time in group B were less than those in group B(P <0.05). The good rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat and silicone gel prosthesis for augmentation mammoplasty can improve its therapeutic indexes and has better therapeutic effect.
