肠内外营养治疗炎症性肠病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Enteral Nutrition on Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

目的观察肠内外营养治疗炎症性肠病的临床效果。方法选取本院于2017年8月至2018年8月收治的炎症性肠病患者70例,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗联合肠内外营养治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率94.29%,明显高于对照组(77.14%,P <0.05),观察组症状缓解时间(1.84±0.74)d、住院时间(5.34±1.21)d,明显短于对照组[(2.67±0.34)d,(7.64±1.84)d,P <0.05],观察组不良反应发生率5.71%,显著低于对照组(25.71%,P <0.05)。结论炎症性肠病患者在常规治疗的基础上给予肠内外营养支持治疗,临床确切。

Objective To observe the effect of nutrition on inflammatory bowel disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with inflammatory bowel disease admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given conventional treatment combined with enteral and parenteral nutrition treatment.The clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(77.14%,P<0.05).Significantly shorter than the control group(2.67±0.34 d,7.64±1.84 d,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%,significantly lower than that in the control group(25.71%,P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of enteral and parenteral nutrition support on the basis of routine therapy is clinically accurate for patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
