肩胛骨外侧缘入路直切口手术治疗肩胛骨骨折严重移位的疗效

Effect of Severe Displacement of Scapula Fracture by Direct Incision with Lateral Scapular Margin

目的探究分析肩胛骨外侧缘入路直切口手术治疗肩胛骨骨折严重位移的临床价值。方法以2015年1月至2018年1月接收并予以肩胛骨外侧缘入路直切口手术治疗的29例肩胛骨骨折严重位移患者为研究对象,应用Hardegger疗效评价标准评价治疗效果。结果治疗后15例为优,13例为良,1例为可,0例为差,治疗优良率为96.55%。结论在肩胛骨骨折严重位移患者中应用肩胛骨外侧缘入路直切口手术效果显著,具有操作简单、安全性高等优点,可将康复训练时间提前。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical value of the treatment of severe displacement of scapula fractures with a straight incision through the lateral margin approach of scapula.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 29 patients with severe displacement of scapula fractures received and treated with a straight incision through the lateral margin of scapula from January 2015 to January 2018,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by Hardegger evaluation after treatment.Results Fifteen cases were excellent,13 cases were good,1 case was ok,and the rate of excellent and good treatment was 96.55%.Conclusion In patients with severe displacement of scapula fractures,the application of the lateral margin approach of scapula through the straight incision has significant effect,which has the advantages of simple operation and high safety,and can advance the time of rehabilitation training.
