水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌缩短术治疗小儿斜视的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Horizontal Muscle Strengthening and Reduction Combined with Oblique Muscle Shortening for Treatment of Strabismus in Children

目的观察分析水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌缩短术治疗小儿斜视的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2018年6月葫芦岛何氏眼科医院有限公司收治的106例斜视患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组采用水平肌加强减弱术进行治疗,观察组在水平肌加强减弱术治疗的基础上联合下斜肌缩短术治疗。对比两组患儿的临床效果、术后恢复情况以及对治疗的总体满意情况。结果观察组患儿的斜视症状改善的总有效率为96.23%,显著高于对照组的(86.79%,P <0.05),且治疗的总体满意度也明显好于对照组(P <0.05)。结论水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌缩短术治疗小儿斜视的临床效果较好,能够有效改善患儿的斜视症状,加快患儿的术后功能恢复。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical treatment of strabismus with horizontal muscle strengthening and reduction combined with oblique muscle shortening.Methods A total of 106 cases of strabismus admitted to Huludao He’s Eye Hospital Co.,Ltd.from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases each.The control group was treated by horizontal muscle strengthening and weakening,while the observation group was treated by horizontal muscle strengthening and weakening combined with lower oblique muscle shortening.The clinical effects,postoperative recovery and overall satisfaction with the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of improvement of the symptoms of strabismus in the observation group was96.23%,significantly higher than 86.79%of the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction of the treatment was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The horizontal muscle strengthening and reduction combined with oblique muscle shortening is effective in the treatment of children with strabismus,which can effectively improve the symptoms of strabismus and accelerate the recovery of postoperative function in children.
