加味茵陈汤联合西药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果观察

Effect of Modified Yinchen Decoction and Western Medicine on Intrahepatic Cholestasis during Pregnancy

目的观察加味茵陈汤联合西药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效。方法将80例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组选取熊去氧胆酸进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加以服用加味茵陈汤,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组临床总有效率、瘙痒症状改善情况、实验室指标血总胆汁酸、甘胆酸等改善情况、妊娠结局与围生儿状况均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论加味茵陈汤联合西药的治疗方法能有效改善妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Yinchen Decoction combined with western medicine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods Eighty cases of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Yinchen Decoction to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate,the improvement of pruritus symptom,the improvement of serum total bile acid,glycocholic acid,pregnancy outcome and perinatal condition in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yinchen Decoction combined with Western medicine can effectively improve intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
