中药面膜综合疗法治疗寻常痤疮的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Mask Combined Therapy for Acne Vulgaris

目的分析中药面膜综合疗法在寻常痤疮治疗中的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年4月于本院接受治疗的40例寻常痤疮患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组实施西药外涂治疗法,观察组采取中药面膜综合疗法。比较治疗效果、副作用以及患者的治疗满意度。结果观察组治疗3周后、6周后的总有效率(70.00%、95.00%)高于对照组(45.00%,65.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察治疗组满意度100.00%,显著高于对照组(80.00%,P <0.05)。两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论寻常痤疮采取中药面膜综合疗法效果很好。

Objective To analyze the effect of facial mask therapy in treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Forty patients with acne vulgaris treated in our hospital from October 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases each.The control group was treated with Western medicine and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects,side effects and treatment satisfaction were compared.Results After 3 weeks and 6 weeks,the total effective rate(70.00%,95.00%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(45.00%,65.00%).The satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 100.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Acne vulgaris is effective in facial mask therapy.
