欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力产后出血的临床疗效与安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Carprostol Tromethamine Injection in Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage due to Uterine Inertia

目的观察欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力产后出血的临床疗效与安全性。方法随机抽取2017年6月至2018年6月本院接收并予以治疗的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者91例,按入院时间顺序将其分观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=45),两组住院期间分别予以欣母沛治疗与催产素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、产后2、24 h出血量以及不良反应情况。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组产后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组(P <0.05);观察组产后不良反应率亦显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将欣母沛应用于宫缩乏力性产后出血患者临床治疗中效果理想,可有效降低患者术后出血量及不灵反应发生率,保障临床治疗安全。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Carprostol Tromethamine Injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.Methods A total of 91 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia received and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the time sequence of admission:observation group(n=46)and control group(n=45).The two groups were treated with Carprostol Tromethamine Injection and oxytocin respectively during hospitalization.The clinical efficacy,postpartum 2,24 h bleeding and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the bleeding volume of the exploratory group was less than that of the control group at 2 and 24 hours postpartum(P<0.05);the rate of adverse reactions of the exploratory group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Carprostol Tromethamine Injection in the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony has ideal effect.It can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and the incidence of adverse reactions after operation,and ensure the safety of clinical treatment.
