探讨高血压健康教育在社区慢性病防治中的应用

Application of Hypertension Health Education in Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Diseases in Community

目的分析高血压健康教育在社区慢性病防治中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月本中心门诊收治的200例高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法平均分为两组,各100例。对照组接受常规干预,观察组接受健康教育,观察对比两组患者对疾病的知晓度、血压控制水平。结果两组患者的血压与治疗前相比均得到控制,观察组患者的血压控制状况优于对照组患者,且观察组患者对疾病的知晓度评分高于对照组患者,观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在社区慢性病防治中,为高血压患者实施健康教育,能有效地将患者的血压控制在平稳的水平,降低发生高血压并发症的风险,提升患者对疾病的知晓度,促进患者疾病好转。

Objective To analyze the application effect of hypertension health education in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in community.Methods A total of 200 patients with hypertension admitted to hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number method.The patients receiving routine intervention were the control group and the patients receiving health education were the observation group.Compared with the two groups of patients,awareness of disease and blood pressure control level.Results The blood pressure of the two groups was controlled,but the blood pressure of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the awareness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education for hypertension patients can effectively control blood pressure at a stable level,reduce the risk of hypertension complications,enhance patients’awareness of the disease,and promote the improvement of patients’disease.
