手术室循证护理对手术患者焦虑、抑郁及术后并发症的影响

Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing in Operation Room on Anxiety Depression and Postoperative Complications of Surgical Patients

目的探讨手术室循证护理对手术患者焦虑、抑郁及术后并发症的影响。方法收集2015年5月至2017年4月在本院手术室行手术治疗的510例患者,根据患者入院先后编号,单号进入循证护理组,双号进入常规护理组,每组255例。常规护理组采用常规护理干预措施,循证护理组则在常规护理干预同时开展循证护理,比较两组患者术前、术后焦虑、抑郁变化和术后并发症的发生率差异。结果术后,循证护理组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于常规护理组(P <0.05)。循证护理组医生、患者满意度较常规护理组均显著提高(P <0.05)。循证护理组术后总并发症发生率较常规护理组明显减少(P <0.05)。结论手术室循证护理能促进护士整体素质的提高,引导护理人员针对病情进行讨论,优化护理措施,可减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理质量,降低术后并发症的发生风险。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in operating room on anxiety,depression and postoperative complications.Methods From May 2015 to April 2017,510 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the operating room of our hospital were collected.According to their admission numbers,they entered the evidence-based nursing group with single number and the routine nursing group with double numbers,255 patients in each group.Routine nursing intervention was used in routine nursing group,while evidence-based nursing was used in routine nursing intervention group.The differences of anxiety,depression and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results After operation,the scores of SAS and SDS in evidence-based nursing group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of doctors and patients in evidence-based nursing group was significantly higher than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in evidence-based nursing group was significantly lower than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in operating room can improve the overall quality of nurses,guide nurses to discuss the condition and optimize nursing measures.It can relieve patients’anxiety and depression,improve nursing quality and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
