神经内科昏迷患者病因及治疗结果分析

Analysis of Etiology and Treatment Results of Coma Patients in Neurology Department

目的通过分析神经内科昏迷患者的致病原因、病重程度,确定治疗措施,从而提高治疗效果。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月齐齐哈尔市第一医院收治的65例神经内科昏迷患者为研究对象,借助患者的临床资料开展回顾性分析,总结患者昏迷时间、昏迷原因,并对治疗方法进行评价。结果其中抢救成功率为95.38%,死亡率为4.62%,分别是脑血管疾病患者1例,糖尿病患者1例,急性中毒1例。结论医院收治神经内科昏迷患者后,应第一时间判断患者致病原因、病重程度,尽快采取针对性的治疗措施,可以提高抢救成功率。

objective To determine the treatment measures and improve the treatment effect by analyzing the causes and severity of coma in neurology department.Methods Sixty-five cases of coma patients admitted to the first hospital of qiqihar from October 2016 to October 2017 in neurology department were selected as the research objects.Retros pective analysis was conducted to summarize the duration and causes of coma of the patients,and the treatment methods were evaluated.Results The success rate of rescue was 95.38%,and the death rate was 4.62%,including 1 case of cerebrovascular disease,1 case of diabetes mellitus and 1 case of acute poisoning.Conclusion After the admission and treatment of coma patients in neurology department,the hospital should immediately determine the cause of disease and severity of the patient,and take targeted treatment measures as soon as possible to improve the success rate of rescue.
