摘要
目的观察老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症内分泌综合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月在北京市红十字会急诊抢救中心接受治疗的48例老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各24例。对照组给予常规治疗方法,实验组给予内分泌综合治疗方法。观察对比两组治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为70.83%,实验组治疗总有效率为91.67%,对照组显著低于实验组(P <0.05)。实验组患者的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论内分泌综合治疗可以有效地缓解老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined endocrine therapy on senile patients with endocrine imbalance osteoporosis.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,48 elderly patients with endocrinedisordered osteoporosis in beijing red cross emergency rescue center were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 24 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given comprehensive endocrine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 70.83%in the control group and 91.67%in the experimental group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive endocrine therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of senile patients with endocrine imbalance osteoporosis.
