保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检在老年乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用价值

Value of Breast Conserving Surgery Combined with Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Breast Cancer

目的评价保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检在老年乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选取本院采用保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗老年乳腺癌患者42例为观察组,另选取同期符合保乳术条件但是最终患方要求进行乳腺癌根治性手术老年乳腺癌患者30例为对照组。结果观察组42例患者保乳手术,全部成功,美观性良好率为76.2%。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组并发症合计发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组肿瘤标志物阳性时间、无瘤生存时间低于对照组(P <0.05),两组对象生存时间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检在老年乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用价值较高,具有微创性,患者恢复快,并发症发生率低。

Objective To evaluate the value of breast-conserving surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods Forty-two elderly patients with breast cancer were treated with breast-conserving surgery and sentinel lymph node biopsy as observation group.In addition,30 elderly patients with breast cancer who met the condition of breast-conserving surgery at the same time but were require to undergo radical operation of breast cancer were selected as the control group.Results The 42 cases of breast-conserving surgery in the observation group were all successful,with good aesthetic rate of 76.2%.The operative time,blood loss and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Tumor-free survival time was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer is of high value,minimally invasive,rapid recovery,and low incidence of complications.
