摘要
目的探讨活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)联合降钙素原(PCT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在新生儿细菌感染性疾病早期诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取2017年12月至2018年12月在在安徽医科大学附属阜阳医院接受治疗的51例细菌感染性疾病新生儿作为观察组,另随机选取同期38例非细菌感染性疾病新生儿作为对照组,分析两组新生儿血浆APTT、血清PCT、血清hs-CRP水平;采用ROC曲线分析APTT、PCT、hs-CRP检测在新生儿细菌感染性疾病的早期诊断价值。结果观察组新生儿APTT、PCT、hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。3个指标联合检测的诊断效果优于PCT联合hs-CRP检测和3种指标单独检测。结论 APTT联合PCT、hs-CRP检测在新生儿细菌感染性疾病早期诊断中有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the value of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)combined with procalcitonin(PCT)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the early diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in neonates.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,51 newborns with bacterial infectious diseases treated in Fuyang Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University were randomly selected as the observation group.The plasma APTT,serum PCT and hs-CRP levels of 38 neonates with non-bacterial infectious diseases were randomly selected as control group.Application of ROC curve analysis of APTT,PCT,hs-CRP in the early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infectious diseases.Results The levels of APTT,PCT and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The combined detection of three indexes was better than that of PCT combined with hs-CRP and single detection of the three indexes.Conclusions The detection of APTT combined with PCT and hs-CRP has important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infectious diseases.
