瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗胸壁软组织挫伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in Treatment of Soft Tissue Contusion of Chest Wall

目的观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗胸壁软组织挫伤的疗效。方法选取胸壁软组织挫伤患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予陇中消定膏外敷治疗,治疗组在该基础上,配合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减口服,1周作为一个疗程,2个疗程后从肿胀、疼痛、压痛3个指标评价临床疗效。结果两组治疗后较治疗前肿胀、疼痛、压痛3个指标均优于治疗前(P <0.05),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗胸壁软组织挫伤有很好的临床疗效,同时配合陇中消定膏具有协同作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of chest wall soft tissue contusion.Methods A total of 80 patients with chest wall soft tissue contusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given external application of Longzhong Xiaoding Ointment.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Guakou Xiebai Banxia Decoction plus or without oral administration.One week was taken as a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical effects were evaluated from three indexes:swelling,pain and tenderness.Results The indexes of swelling,pain and tenderness were better in the two groups after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Guakou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Longzhong Xiaoding Ointment for the treatment of soft tissue contusion of chest wall has a good clinical effect.
