高血压病中医外治法药物性味归经分析

Analysis of Flavor and Taste of External Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Hypertension

目的分析研究中医药外治法治疗高血压病的药物性味归经特点。方法收集50篇有效治疗高血压病应用中医药外治法的文章,采录其中方剂50首,把每首方剂中的单味中药输入EXCEL2017软件,分析所采用药物的性味归经外治特点。结果在50首方剂中,共使用86种中药366频次,其中使用频次在10次以上的药物有牛膝、钩藤、夏枯草、吴茱萸、川芎、菊花、石决明。按照中药学性味归经分类统计,苦味之中药使用频率居首位,辛味中药和甘味中药分居第二、三位;咸味、涩味、酸味中药也有少量应用。从药物归经角度分析,归属肝经的药物应用频率为首,其次分别归属为肺经、肾经、脾经、心经。结论中医药外治法治疗高血压病所选用药物之性味以苦味药为首,协同辛味、甘味等药物,以入肝经为主,兼顾肺经、肾经、脾经等,从不同病机分析组方,取得良好的临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of drug-induced taste of hypertension treated by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 50 articles on the treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine were collected.Fifty prescriptions were collected,and the single-flavor Chinese medicine in each prescription was imported into EXCEL 2017 software to analyze the characteristics of the drug used.Results A total of 366 frequency of 86 Chinese medicines were used in 50 prescriptions.Among them,the drugs used in the frequency of more than 10 times were Chinese Achyranthes Bidentata,Uncaria Uncaria,Prunella vulgaris,Evodia rutaecarpa,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Chrysanthemi Chrysanthemum and Cassia.According to the classification and statistics of Chinese medicinal taste,the frequency of use of bitter Chinese medicine is the first,and the traditional Chinese medicine and sweet Chinese medicine are the second and third.The salty,astringent and sour Chinese medicines also have a small amount of application.From the perspective of drug return,the frequency of drug application belonging to the liver was first,followed by lung,kidney,spleen and heart.Conclusion The taste of the selected external Chinese medicine for treatment of hypertension is based on bitterness,which is synergistic with pungent and sweet taste,mainly based on liver and kidney,kidney and spleen.The machine analysis group achieved good clinical results.
