高血压患者苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平服药依从性的相关研究

Study on Compliance of Levamlodipine Benzenesulfonate in Hypertensive Patients

目的研究分析口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年5月本中心口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗的高血压患者710例作为研究对象,采用问卷调查形式并测量血压。研究分析影响高血压患者服药依从性以及血压控制的因素。结果患者血压和服药次数成正比,按规定服药者依存性、血压控制较好。结论患者对药物特征认知严重影响着患者服药依从性。

Objective To study the effect of oral administration of levamlodipine benzene sulfonate on medication compliance in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 710 hypertensive patients who received oral administration of levamlodipine benzenesulfonate from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Questionnaires were conducted and blood pressure was tested.Factors influencing medication compliance and blood pressure control of hypertensive patients were studied.Results The patients’blood pressure was proportional to the medication times,and the patients’dependence and blood pressure were well controlled.Conclusion Patients’cognition of drug characteristics seriously affects patients’medication compliance.
