呼吸道九联检联合PCT检测在下呼吸道感染诊断中的应用探究

Application of Respiratory Tract Nine Joint Inspection Combined with PCT in Diagnosis of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探究呼吸道九联检联合PCT检测在下呼吸道感染诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年10月本院收治的118例下呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,将69例细菌性感染患者纳入细菌感染组,49例非细菌感染患者纳入非细菌感染组,两组均进行血清PCT、呼吸道IgM九联血清抗体检测,分析其检测结果。结果细菌感染组的PCT检测值以及其阳性率均较非细菌感染组要高(P <0.05);非细菌感染组的呼吸道IgM九联血清抗体检测阳性率明显高于细菌感染组(P <0.05)。结论 PCT为早期诊断下呼吸道细菌感染的敏感指标,呼吸道IgM九联检能够快速、准确地检测非典型病原体,两者联合应用具有相互补充、相互协同的作用,可全面分析下呼吸道感染的病原体,为临床诊治提供更为可靠的依据。

Objective To explore the effect of nine combined respiratory tests combined with PCT in the diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods Sixty-nine patients with bacterial infection were enrolled in the bacterial infection group,and 49 patients with non-bacterial infection were enrolled in the non-bacterial infection group.Serum PCT and respiratory IgM nine serum antibodies were detected in both groups,and the results were analyzed.Results PCT level and positive rate in bacterial infection group were higher than nonbacterial infection group(P<0.05).The positive rate of serum IgM 9 antibodies in non-bacterial infection group was significantly higher than bacterial infection group(P<0.05).Conclusion PCT is a sensitive index for early diagnosis of lower respiratory tract bacterial infections.The respiratory IgM nine serum antibodies can detect atypical pathogens quickly and accurately.Combination of both detections has complementary and synergistic effects.It can comprehensively analyze the pathogens of lower respiratory tract infections.
