咬合调整对牙周炎错牙合患者正畸治疗的影响

Effect of Occlusal Adjustment in Orthodontic Treatment on Patients with Periodontitis and Malocclusion

目的观察正畸治疗中咬合调整对牙周炎错牙合患者的影响。方法选取本院2015年3月至2016年3月口腔科收治的70例牙周炎错牙合患者纳入研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组。正畸治疗前评估所有患者牙周情况并行牙周基础治疗,对照组正畸治疗后不对牙齿咬合进行调整,观察组在正畸治疗后行咬合调整。观察两组治疗后临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率为94.29%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(97.14%,P> 0.05)。观察组治疗后牙龈指数、牙周袋探诊深度、临床附着丧失、出血指数、松动度与治疗前及对照组治疗后对比显著降低(P <0.05)。结论正畸治疗牙周炎错牙合后进行咬合调整可降低患牙松动度、使牙齿受力恢复平衡。

Objective To study the effect of occlusal adjustment in orthodontic treatment on patients with periodontitis.Methods Seventy patients with periodontitis malocclusion treated in the department of stomatology of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.All patients were evaluated for periodontal condition before orthodontic treatment with basic periodontal treatment,the control group did not adjust occlusion after orthodontic treatment,and the observation group underwent occlusion adjustment after orthodontic treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate was 94.29%in all the observation groups before orthodontic treatment,and there was no significant difference compared with the control group(97.14%,P>0.05).The gingival index,periodontal pocket depth,clinical attachment loss,bleeding index and looseness of the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment and after treatment in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The occlusal adjustment during the orthodontic treatment of periodontitis with malocclusion can reduce the degree of tooth looseness and restore the balance of teeth force.
