摘要
目的探讨健康教育对支气管哮喘病人生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2017年12月本院收治的200例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按入院号奇偶性分为常规组和教育组,各100例。常规组的患者接受传统护理,教育组的患者接受健康教育干预护理。对比两组患者的生活质量和肺功能指标的评分情况。结果接受健康教育干预护理的教育组患者各项评分与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);教育组患者各项非肺功能指标与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论住院期间,支气管哮喘患者应用健康教育护理进行干预,有助于患者生活质量的提高。
Objective To investigate the effect of healthy education on the quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Two hundred patients with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the parity of admission number,the patients were divided into the routine group and the education group,100 cases in each group.Patients in routine group received traditional nursing and patients in education group received health education intervention nursing.The scores of quality of life and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences between the scores of patients in the education group receiving health education intervention and the routine group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in non-pulmonary function indexes between the education group and the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma during hospitalization.
