摘要
目的分析眼科招飞体检现行标准的实施情况,为民航卫生管理部门和眼科体检医师提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2012年至2015年在东方航空公司接受招飞体检的568名高中学生的眼科检查资料,分析眼科招飞体检现状。结果接收眼科第一轮视力及外眼检查者共568人,平均视力右眼(0.79±0.28)、左眼(0.80±0.28);眼科视力及外眼检查不合格者共50人(9.68%)。第二轮374人中隐斜超标不合格38人(10.16%)。第三轮306名学生612眼平均等效屈光度(D)为(-0.12±0.97),其中近视性屈光不正194眼(占31.70%),远视性屈光不正195眼(占31.86%),正视223眼(占36.44%)。结论眼科招飞体检现阶段不合格原因已发生较大变化,有必要考虑是否应调整招飞体检对策。
Objective To analyze the implementation of the current standards for ophthalmic recruitment and physical examination,and to provide reference for civil aviation health management departments and ophthalmic medical examiners.Methods A retrospective analysis of the eye examination data of 568 high school students who received the physical examination of China Eastern Airlines from 2012 to 2015 was conducted to analyze the current status of ophthalmology.Results A total of 568 people were examined in the first round of eyesight and external eye examination.The average visual acuity was(0.79±0.28)in the right eyes and(0.80±0.28)in the left eyes.The total eyesight and external eye examination were 50(9.68%).There were 38 persons(10.16%)with concealed deviation exceeding the standard.The average equivalent diopter(D)of 612 students was(-0.12±0.97),including 194 eyes with myopic refractive error(31.70%),195 eyes with hyperopic refractive error(31.86%),and 223 eyes with positive vision.(36.44%).Conclusion The reasons for the unqualified ophthalmology of the ophthalmology have been greatly changed.It is necessary to consider whether the physical examination measures should be adjusted.
