CT引导下阿霉素介入复合射频治疗三叉神经痛

CT Guided Adriamycin Intervention Combined with Radiofrequency in Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的探讨CT引导下阿霉素介入复合射频治疗顽固性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2017年10月本院收治的三叉神经痛患者192例,CT引导下,对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ支痛应用射频通过眶上孔、眶下孔翼腭窝、颞下窝将三叉神经患者的分支或神经干毁损,达到即刻止痛的目的;阿霉素卵圆孔介入注射应用其亲神经和逆轴索传导特性,毁损三叉神经半月节中小细胞,达到长久止痛的效果。结果术后2年内复发11例,复发率5.7%,且无严重并发症的发生。结论 CT引导下阿霉素介入复合射频治疗三叉神经痛效果显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of CT guided adriamycin intervention combined with radiofrequency in the treatment of refractory trigeminal neuralgia.Methods One hundred and ninety-two patients with trigeminal neuralgia were selected from June 2015 to October 2017.Under the guidance of CT,the branches or nerve trunks of patients with trigeminal nerve were destroyed by radio frequency through the supraorbital foramen,infraorbital foramen,pterygopalatine fossa and infratemporal fossa to achieve immediate pain relief.Interventional injection of adriamycin with foramen ovale was used its characteristics of pro-nerve and transaxonal conduction to destroy small cells in the semilunar ganglion of trigeminal nerve and achieve long-term analgesic effect.Results Eleven cases recurred within 2 years after operation,the recurrence rate was 5.7%,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion CT guided adriamycin intervention combined with radiofrequency is effective in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
