摘要
在变薄拉深冷成形工艺中,减薄率是对整个筒形件尺寸精度有着重要影响的工艺参数。为了探究减薄率对变薄拉深筒形件尺寸精度的影响,以C15-c低碳钢材料为研究对象,在Simufact. forming有限元仿真软件中,对该研究对象不同减薄率下的变薄拉深冷成形工艺进行数值模拟分析,并把变薄拉深后筒形件的外圆度误差与壁厚偏差作为评价指标,探究变薄拉深冷成形工艺时减薄率对筒形件尺寸精度的影响。结果表明:随着减薄率的增大,筒形件的外圆度误差呈现先减小后增大的趋势;随着减薄率的增大,筒形件的壁厚偏差呈现增大的趋势;实验结果与仿真结果的变化规律一致,两者之间的误差小于10%,说明有限元仿真具有良好的可靠性。
In the process of ironing cold forming,the thinning rate is an important process parameter influencing on the dimensional accuracy of the whole cylindrical part.In order to explore the influence of thinning rate on the dimensional accuracy of ironing for cylindrical part,for the C15-c low carbon steel,the processes of ironing cold forming with different thinning rates were simulated and analyzed by finite element simulation software Simufact.forming,and the influence of thinning rate on the dimensional accuracy of cylindrical part in the ironing cold forming process was investigated by taking the outer roundness error and wall thickness deviation of cylindrical part after ironing as the evaluation indexes.The results show that with the increasing of thinning rate,the outer roundness error of cylindrical part decreases first and then increases,and the wall thickness deviation of cylindrical part increases.The variation rules of experimental result and simulation result are consistent,and the error between them is less than 10%,thus the finite element simulation has good reliability.
