摘要
根据行业标准JB/T 12229—2015,双柱液压机的斜置角度分为22°,25°,30°,32. 5°和35°。不同的斜置角度改变了液压机的本体几何参数,也改变了液压机的重量。以5 MN公称压力双柱上推式液压机本体为研究对象,以液压机斜置角度为变量,以强度和刚度为约束条件,以减小本体重量为目标,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,进行本体优化设计。在立柱与横梁接触面处不发生开缝现象的条件下,模拟计算了中心载荷和偏心载荷下的最小预紧力,分析得到斜置角度对液压机预紧力的影响规律。通过上述分析结果,研究了斜置角度对液压机的重量的影响趋势,为企业选择双柱液压机的规格提供了理论指导。
According to the industry standard JB/T 12229—2015,the oblique angles of double-column hydraulic press were divided into22°,25°,30°,32.5°and 35°,respectively,the geometry parameters of hydraulic press body were changed by different oblique angles,and the weight of hydraulic press was also changed.For the body of double-column push-up hydraulic press with 5 MN nominal pressure,taking the oblique angle of hydraulic press as the variable,the strength and stiffness as the constraint conditions and reducing the weight of body as the goal,the design of body was optimized by finite element software ANSYS Workbench.Under the condition that no slotting occurs on the contact surface between column and cross beam,the minimum pre-tightening force under the center load and the eccentric load was simulated and calculated,and the influence rule of oblique angle on the pre-tightening force of hydraulic press was analyzed.Through the above analysis results,the influence trend of oblique angle on the weight of hydraulic press was studied.Thus the theoretical guidance for enterprises to choose the specifications of double-column hydraulic press is provided.
