摘要
针对连续挤压机主轴系统中液压螺母存在一定的安全隐患及生产成本高的不足,采用液压拉伸器将液压螺母替换为普通机械螺母。液压拉伸器作为装拆主轴系统时的一套工具,使液压元件和密封元件不再参与连续挤压生产,减少了生产环境的影响,从而提高了装拆主轴系统时的安全性,降低了生产成本。通过ANSYS分析了液压拉伸器活塞与芯轴螺纹旋合段的受力情况,比较了不同外形的机械螺母对螺纹联接部分应力分布的影响。结果表明:通过增加活塞面积,减少了充压油压;采用通用型液压拉伸器结构,有利于螺纹旋合段内载荷的均匀分布;采用带沟槽螺母,可以有效降低芯轴第1扣螺纹牙底所受应力。
For the shortcomings of hydraulic nuts in spindle system for continuous extrusion machine,such as safety risks and high production cost,the hydraulic nuts were replaced by ordinary mechanical nuts by hydraulic stretchers.Hydraulic stretcher,as a set of tools for assembling and disassembling spindle system,could make hydraulic components and sealing components no longer participate in continuous extrusion production,and reduced the impact of production environment.Therefore,the safety was improved when assembling and disassembling the spindle system,and the production costs were reduced.Furthermore,the force of the hydraulic stretcher piston and mandrel threaded screwing section was analyzed by ANSYS,and the influences of mechanical nuts with different shapes on the stress distribution in the screwing section were compared.The results show that it is more conducive to the uniform distribution of load in the thread screwing section by increasing the piston area to reduce the pressure or using universal hydraulic stretcher,and the grooved nut can effectively reduce the stress on the bottom of the first thread for mandrel.
