大型锻压设备承弯组合结构临界预紧参数研究 被引量:1

Research on critical preload parameters of bearing-bending composite structure for large forging equipment

摘要 以承弯组合结构的临界预紧参数为研究对象,通过数值模拟分别分析了弯曲模型和压缩模型中间截面处x方向的应力,并将其与Airy应力函数计算的结果进行对比,发现由于应力函数在边界条件处的不完全满足导致产生了误差。由此提出引入梁长的放大比例因子从而弱化边界条件的影响,并分析确定了放大比例因子只与跨高比有关,修正了临界预紧参数计算方程,并与实验进行对比。结果表明,该修正方程的结果与实验值吻合较好,最小误差为5. 4%,最大误差为9. 4%,能够较好地对承弯组合结构的临界预紧参数进行预测。研究结果为承弯组合结构临界预紧参数计算提供了新的思路。 For the critical preload parameters of bearing-bending composite structure,the stress in the x-direction at the middle section of bending model and compression model was analyzed by numerical simulation,and the results were compared with those calculated by Airy stress function.It is found that the error is caused by the incomplete satisfactions of the stress function at the boundary conditions.Therefore,the magnification factor of beam length was proposed to weaken the influence of the boundary conditions.And the magnification factor is confirmed that it is only related to the span to height ratio.Furthermore,the calculation equation of the critical preload parameters was modified and compared with the experiment.The results show that the calculated results of the modified equation agree with the experimental values well.The minimum error is 5.4%,and the maximum error is 9.4%.It can predict the critical preload parameters of bearing-bending composite structures well.Thus,the new method is provided for calculating the critical preload parameters of bearing-bending composite structure.
