摘要
简要对比了曲轴锻造成形和扭转成形两种工艺的优劣,基于红旗V6曲轴开发实例,对V型扭转曲轴的产品特点进行了说明,对其锻造工艺进行了论述和总结。针对V6扭转曲轴连杆颈组合区域锻造成形时极易产生折叠的问题,采用对比试验和模拟试验的研究方法,选择了合理的工艺方案,解决了此难题。在设备选型方面,以一汽锻造现有生产线为例,对扭转主机、步进梁等关键设备的参数选型进行了论述,阐述了扭转工步原理及扭转动作分解,对扭转模体、扭转模具等设计难点逐一分析,并给出了切实可行的解决方案。
The advantages and disadvantages of forging forming and twisting forming for crankshaft were briefly compared.Based on the development example of Hongqi V6 crankshaft,the product characteristics of V-style twist crankshaft were described,and the forging process was discussed and summarized.For the problem of being prone to folding on V6 twist crankshaft pin area when forging,the research methods of comparison test and simulation test were carried on,the reasonable process plan was selected,and the problem was solved.In terms of equipment selection,taking the existing production line of FAW forge company as example,the selection parameters of key equipments for twist press and walking beam were discussed in detail,and the twist step principle and twisting movement decomposition were expounded.The design difficulties of twist die-set and twist die were analyzed one by one,and the practical solutions were given.
