摘要
研究了304不锈钢小半径弯管充液成形。首先,通过计算得到了主要工艺参数:初始屈服压力、成形压力、整形压力以及轴向进给量的理论值。然后,建立了有限元模型,分析了主要工艺参数对成形质量的影响,优化了主要工艺参数。最后,利用优化后的工艺参数进行了实验,验证了该方法的可用性。研究结果表明:初始屈服压力过大或成形压力过大,会导致管壁过分减薄,弯管易发生破裂;成形压力过小或者轴向进给量过大,易导致弯管内侧形成褶皱;通过理论计算与数值模拟相结合的方法,可以实现成形工艺参数的最优化,为实现小半径弯管的充液成形提供了理论和技术支持。
The hydroforming of elbow tube with small radius for 304 stainless steel was studied.Firstly,the theoretical values of the main process parameters,such as initial yield pressure,forming pressure,shaping pressure and axial feeding amount,were obtained by calculation.Then,the finite element model was established,the influences of the main process parameters on the forming quality were analyzed,and the main process parameters were optimized.Finally,the feasibility of this method was verified by experiments with optimized process parameters.The results show that the excessive initial yield pressure or forming pressure leads to excessive thinning of tube wall and rupture of elbow tube,and too small forming pressure or too large axial feeding anount leads to wrinkle in the inner side of elbow tube easily.Furthermore,the optimization of forming process parameters are achieved by combining theoretical calculation with numerical simulation to provide theoretical and technical support for achieving the hydroforming of the elbow tube with small radius.
